BURGER The Dust Off
One of our most popular burgers is The Dust Off, created upon the request of an American soldier, who asked us to add a fried egg to the burger. ‘Dust Off’ in the US Army is a command to aid and evacuate the wounded from the battlefield.
The Taste of Classics: Steaks
We are known for delicious, perfectly prepared steaks. Visit us and try the Rib Eye, a classic rib steak with its characteristic marbling, or opt for a leaner cut from the Angus shoulder. Each steak is dry-aged and cooked to your preference.
American or Italian?
Our pizza receives great reviews. It features traditional Italian dough made from ’00’ flour, sauce from crushed pelati tomatoes with fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, and a wide selection of toppings that go beyond traditional recipes. One of the most frequently ordered pizzas is the classic Pepperoni, as well as the ‘Addictive’ pizza with spicy Spianata salami, mushrooms, and Mascarpone cheese.

We launched on the last day of May 2017 as a Food Truck offering burgers. The name ‘Baza 33’ refers to the nearby military airport, currently the 33rd Air Transport Base, which has been closely linked to Powidz and its surrounding area for decades. As the popularity of our burgers grew and with the expansion of the US unit, in the third year of operation, we decided to build a permanent establishment. Currently, Baza 33 is open every day from 8 am to 10 pm, offering breakfast, burgers, salads, steaks, ribs, and excellent, signature pizzas. Our menu is influenced by the presence of the military and the airport. We are also frequented by Powidz residents, neighboring town locals, and tourists. Our mission is to ensure the quality of our dishes and provide the best customer service possible.
